Teaching is a passion for me. I love to connect with students and watch the moment when a light bulb really flares in someone’s mind or when their heart opens in a new way. I have been engaged in progressive, adult education for nine years in an academic setting and teaching herb students full-time for the past seven years, preceded by years of community teaching. I feel that growing the skill and rigor, along with the heart and spirit, of herbal education is an essential part of the continued maturation and sustainability of our craft.
